Refund policy
WARRANTY
In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less-than-perfect condition, please get in touch with us at customercare@parkerandrome.ca. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product taken from various angles and distances. If possible, include photos of the box the product arrived in, as it may have been damaged during transport. Short videos are also welcome if the issue can’t be documented with photos.
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from a product’s delivery date. Please let our team know if you experience issues with your Parker&Rome furniture. We will organize replacement parts, repairs, and, in necessary cases, complete replacements.
Please note that our warranties are non-transferable. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. This warranty will not cover defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal usage, modifications, or commercial purposes.
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at customercare@parkerandrome.ca .
If you’re unsatisfied with your new sofa, sectional or armchair purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
All returns require that the product is in “as new” condition with all original packaging on hand.
Determining “as new” criteria include:
- Free from any stains, spots, scratches, marks, drilling and other modifications
- Free from any tears, cuts, unstitched threading
- Free from any soiling and traces of moisture
- Free from any odors (e.g., traces of smoking)
- Free from use by pets (e.g., traces of pet hair)
- For residential, indoor use only under normal wear and tear conditions.
Customers are responsible for repackaging the item(s) in its original packaging. If the original packaging was not retained, we ask that you source an alternative protective material, such as bubble wrap.
Customers are responsible for arranging transportation and the cost of transportation for the return of the item(s) to our warehouse at 5730 Burbank Crescent S.E. Calgary AB T2H 1Z6.
Once your product has been received at our warehouse, the returned item will be inspected within 1-3 business days. Once we validate that the product is in “as new” condition, our team will process your refund in the original form of payment. A 15% restocking fee will apply to the item(s) requiring new packaging materials.
We will not accept return or exchange requests, nor warranty claims relating to stains, pilling, marks, halos, spots, soiling, discoloration, etc., to your upholstered products.
PANELUX Return and Refund Policy
At PANELUX, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return your panels, please review the following policy:
Our warranty covers material defects only and does not include reimbursement for installation, removal, or labor costs.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Panels must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return freight must be prepaid and arranged by the customer.
Refunds
- Once the returned panels are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order panels are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Panels that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
